Terrible customer service. Took 1hr 45min to get my food. Will never order from this place again. Shame, the food isn't bad. They claim they didn't receive my order and blamed the owner instead of being apologetic and sincere. And if it was an error by the owner, he could've called me and apologized. I had already paid for the food and even called them to confirm the order. The woman basically hung up on me. Had to call back an hour later to find out they didn't even start my order... #FAIL
Called in order, person who took call seemed to be in a hurry and didn't hear properly, I didn't even finish ordering and she almost hung up. Ordered very expensive subs, that didn't come with what was requested. BUT even if that wasn't enough, there was a dried up piece of pasta in our sub. Will go elsewhere
Prices are rediculous they think they are in NYC and nothing special, pastries are all brought in.
There are way too many good/great italian places in Atlantic Highlands, Red Bank, Highlands, Middletown to deal with that BS
Called tonight (Tuesday) at 6pm to order delivery pizza and sandwiches. Immediately placed on hold 5 minutes listening to their chatter. When finally got someone, we were told that they're "not doing delivery right now". First and last try...goodbye Gianni's.
